  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Domestic Shipping (Within The US): 5-10 business days.

    • International Shipping: 10-20 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen factors are beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to display after the package has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Shonen Styles is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

  • For damaged items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Returns and Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
